The proposed location for the Border Control Facilities (HKBCF) and the route of the Link Road (HKLR) will have a damaging impact on the local environment, quality of life and the tourist attractions of Tung Chung and Lantau Island.
香港口岸æ"¬é¸åœ°å€åŠé¦™æ¸¯æŽ¥ç·šæ"¬é¸ç·šè·¯å°‡å°ç•¶åœ°ç'°å¢ƒã€å±…æ°'ç"Ÿæ´»è³ªç´ åŠæ±æ¶Œå'Œå¤§å¶¼å±±çš„æ—…遊景點ç"¢ç"Ÿä¸åˆ©åŠç ´å£žæ€§å½±éŸ¿ã€‚

1. Impact the quality of life of residents of Tung Chung town by creating vehicle emissions and noise pollution within half a kilometer of Tung Chung town centre, Yat Tung Estate, Coastal Skyline and Caribbean Coast residential developments.  在東涌市中心、逸東邨、藍天海岸、映灣åœ'等住宅區半公里以內ç"¢ç"Ÿè»Šè¼›å»¢æ°£å'Œå™ªéŸ³ï¼Œå½±éŸ¿æ±æ¶Œå¸‚å±…æ°'çš„ç"Ÿæ´»è³ªç´ ã€‚

2. Create permanent damage to Tung Chung Bay and the surrounding Lantau Island coastline. 對東涌灣å'Œå'¨åœçš„大嶼山海岸線造成永久性破壞。

3. Have a negative impact on the Lantau Island / Tung Chung tourist experience and for visitors using the Ngong Ping 360 cable car, resulting in a potential economic impact by reducing the tourist attraction of the area. 對大嶼山/東涌市旅遊業ç"¢ç"Ÿä¸åˆ©å½±éŸ¿ï¼Œä¸¦å½±éŸ¿éŠå®¢ä½¿ç"¨æ˜‚å¹³360纜車,有可能使景區遊客減å°',進而影響當地ç¶"濟。




The Tung Chung Sustainable Development Alliance proposes to locate the HKBCF on the west of the airport and the alignment of the planned HKLR north of the airport island with the road through a tunnel parallel to the proposed third airport runway.

香港接線另有一個備選線路。The Tung Chung Sustainable Development Alliance建議將香港口岸設於機場西側,並調整香港接線原計劃位於機場島北部的線路,è®"é"路穿越與æ"¬å»ºæ©Ÿå ´ç¬¬ä¸‰è·'é"相平行的隧é"。

1. Lessen vehicle emissions and noise pollution affecting Tung Chung residents as the road would be located out of sight of Tung Chung town centre. 減å°'影響東涌居æ°'的車輛廢氣å'Œå™ªéŸ³ï¼Œå› ç‚ºé"路遠離東涌市中心。

2. Avoid a negative impact on health of the Tung Chung population. 避免對東涌居æ°'健康造成不利影響。

3. Ensure there is no environmental impact on the natural beauty of the Lantau coastline and Tung Chung Bay. 確保不會破壞大嶼山海岸線å'Œæ±æ¶Œç£çš„自然ç'°å¢ƒã€‚


The alternative HKLR route will not have any negative affect on Airport expansion. 香港接線備選線路將不會對赤鱲è§'機場æ"´å»ºç"¢ç"Ÿä¸åˆ©å½±éŸ¿



Airport safety is not affected by public roads running within the airport perimeter. Roads run under runways, within the perimeter, and in close proximity to other major international airports such as Schiphol, Heathrow, Charles De Gaulle, Gatwick, Sao Paulo. Future reclamation for runway 3 and expansion of the airport will not be affected by the alternative route. Security risk is reduce by shortening the bonded HKLR by several kilometers.
機場週邊以內的公ç"¨é"路(如,è·'é"下方、週邊以內以及緊鄰其他主要國際機場(包括Schiphol、Heathrow、Charles De Gaulle、Gatwick、Sao Paulo機場)的é"路)不會影響機場安全。備選線路不會影響未來填海建造第三è·'é"及機場æ"´å»ºã€‚


Pink Dolphins are already affected by the HK Link Road as well as related construction, so the alternative route does not heighten the impact. Sha Chau and Lung Kwu Chau marine parks are several kilometers North West of the alternative road route and airport perimeter and will not be affected. 粉色海豚已受到香港接線及相關建築工程的影響,而備選線路不會使影響加劇。 沙洲及龍é¼"洲海岸公åœ'位於備選線路å'Œæ©Ÿå ´é€±é‚Šè¥¿åŒ—面數公里以外,將不會受到影響。
