為什麽選司馬文？| Why vote for Paul Zimmerman?

I seek to be your representative in LegCo, because our industry deserves better. The tourism industry can vote for change on September 7.
我今次參加立法會旅遊界別選舉的目的是希望為旅遊業作出改革。我的政綱主要提倡推動改革旅遊業及業界的領導機制, 讓各同業的生意更上一層樓。九月七日，旅遊界投票改變現狀。
Improve revenue for agencies 提高旅行社收入來源

• Publish recommended service fees for customers.
  向顧客所提供之旅遊服務收取服務費。
• CommissionFees* over fuel surcharge and airport taxes.
  收取燃油附加費及稅項佣金。

Institutional reform 推動改革業界機制

• Review roles of Tourism Board, Tourism Commission, Travel industry Council and the Registrar of Travel Agents.
  檢討現時香港旅遊發展局，旅遊事務署，香港旅遊業議會及旅行代理商註冊處的公權與責任。
• Independent chairman for the TIC.
  委任獨立人士作為香港旅遊業議會主席。
• TIC cannot be both regulator and trade representative.
  解決香港旅遊業議會作為業界代表及條例制定的角色衝突。

Hong Kong Tourism Hub 香港旅遊樞紐

• Make Hong Kong a better place to live and enjoy, so that visitors return with their families.
  爭取一個更理想的香港建設計劃，使香港成為更優質的居住及享受生活的地方，保證旅客並同家人重臨香港。
  
• Expand the airport and reduce charges.
  擴建香港國際機場及減低收費。
  

China market access開拓中國市場

• Equal opportunities for Hong Kong and mainland owners of travel companies .
  爭取香港公司與國內同業享有相同待遇。

Some people have questioned my language ability. I have successfully built businesses in both Hong Kong and China for more than 24 years. I operate several travel businesses with over 15 offices, of which more then 10 are in mainland China . My track record demonstrates my industry know-how and ability to operate effectively.
或許有人質疑我的語言能力會阻礙我的辦事能力，但縱觀我的成就及所管理的一切，您便會對我有信心: 我擁有24年於香港及中國的營運經驗及管理超過15間旅遊代辦處，其中超過10間位於國內。憑著我在旅遊界的多年營商經驗，促使我能發揮有效的經營策略。
