I emphasized my ability to drive Market Reform (改革代理業務市場) to help our travel agencies and operators improve income and widen revenue streams amidst increasing competition; and the need for Institutional Reform (改革業界機制) to clarify the roles the Tourism Commission, Tourism Board, TIC and the Registrar of Travel Agents to improve industry leadership.
